Projects

What I'm building, with an honest status for each. A write-up of the September 2026 outage is in progress.

• bvrinfra

  Active

This site and the infrastructure behind it: static Astro on Cloudflare Pages, a protected main branch, DNS managed in Terraform with manual apply, and decision records for every architectural choice.

• infra-homelab

  Private while being hardened

K3s homelab on Proxmox with ArgoCD, Traefik, MetalLB, Prometheus, Grafana and Loki. Resource quotas per namespace, ops scripts, and a written cluster recovery guide. Next: admin access behind Cloudflare Access, and off-site backups with a tested restore.

• bvrinfra-site

  Archived

The previous version of this site, served from Kubernetes behind a Cloudflare Tunnel. Kept as a record of what it got right, like its locked-down metrics API, and what it got wrong.
